Hours and Fees

​

We are currently taking enrolments for children aged 2 to 6 years.

​

We are Child Care Subsidy (CCS) approved centre. Estimate your entitlement here:​

Enrolment Fee (Non-refundable) per family inclusive of GST $80

Open 50 weeks per year -  closed from Mon 22nd Dec 2025 to 5th Jan 2026

Standard Day (8 hours) 7.30am to 3.30pm = $137 before CCS applied

Additional 2 hours 3.30pm to 5.30pm = $20 (includes afternoon tea)

Late pick up fee $2 per minute

Guarantee of no fee increases for remainder of 2025.

Enrolment

​

When a place becomes available on your chosen days, you will be required to complete all enrolment paperwork and set up a direct debit to meet your fee obligations. Your Child Care Subsidy agreement will need to be in place prior to commencing.

​

As well as the administrative requirements, we would like to build up a picture of your child before they start, to allow us to understand about their family, their interests and things that are important to them. We can do this in person or by completing a form with as much as information as possible to make the transition into Coastal Montessori seamless. An orientation visit is also a great way for them to meet their teachers and peers and become familiar with the space.

Your child will receive a hat and a t-shirt on enrolment and further items will be available to purchase, although wearing a uniform is not compulsory.
