Diploma or Cert III Educator

We are a small, nurturing Montessori Early Learning Centre that is growing, and we are looking for a passionate Diploma or Cert III qualified Educator to join our team.

Our centre offers a calm, respectful, and child-centred environment where children are encouraged to learn independently and develop confidence through meaningful experiences. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an educator who is warm, reliable, and genuinely passionate about early childhood education and Montessori philosophy.

About the Role

• Permanent part-time or full-time opportunities available

• Support children’s learning, wellbeing, and development

About You

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

• Current Working With Children Check

• First Aid, CPR, RAN, National Child Safety Training, Food Safety

• A caring and positive approach

• Montessori qualifications and / or experience are highly desirable, but more importantly is that your personal pedagogy aligns with Montessori philosophy and a our centre values.
